tomatoes overbaked; lost it's turgidity; can't hold the stuffings right. not too excited to work on it again though.











lotus with beef tendons (i think). has been a while since i cooked this.











it wasn't easy deboning chicken legs. but it's worth the effort - the mushrooms baked inside the chicken meat tasted absolutely delicious.
